At Maktor Makine A.Ş., job interviews are carried out with the human resources officer and the department responsible for the section applied.
The department supervisor evaluates the required eligibility and qualifications for the job; the human resources officer reviews criteria such as one’s performance, previous work experience,
productivity and suitability.
As a result of job interviews, candidates are given positive or negative feedback. The cv of each applicant is recorded in the database and called if necessary.
Trainings are organized at regular intervals in our workplace to increase the productivity, motivation and performance of workers.
In addition, studies are carried out to improve the skills of the workers, to guide them correctly and to increase their job satisfaction.
